1) Item/s will be delivered within 5 working days from the date of purchase.
2) In any events that eCheris fails to deliver item/s in the stiputlated timeframe, customer may choose to refund or get eRewards (for more information on eRewards, please refer to our Terms and Conditions - Pointer 27).
1) For any defective items, buyer may choose either to exchange or refund.
2) Exchange or refund must be done so within 7 days from date of purchase.
3) Defective items must be returned in its original state.
4) The shipping fee for any defective items shall be borne by eCheris.
5) Before shipment of any defective items back to eCheris, please inform our Customer Care Officer at email@example.com.
1) eCheris only allows exchange for sizes (strictly no exchange for colours).
2) The shipping fees shall be borne by the buyer (2-ways).
